Afterall the same administration handles the grievances, no useful results. The Nodal officer disposes the grievance without ensuring whether relief sought has been extended or not. Until the Nodal Agency from another department is deputed to monitor the grievance, the situation will not change.

Until the Nodal Officer is appointed from another Ministry, results shall not be positive. My two grievances have been shown as "CLOSED" after about 3 months without confirming relief sought.

Tip: Save Power - Set your monitor with 'BLACK' background screen and this will SAVE 20-30% of power - Minimise all Windows when not in use. Switch of the Monitor when not in use. Find more here
